The LifeCycle Organisation is a Malta-based charity that raises money for kidney treatments and research by organising extreme international cycling challenges. You may remember I built a new website for them in the spring of 2009.

2010 saw a new cycling challenge and a new look for the website. I rebuilt it completely from the ground up, using WordPress, with a custom theme based on a design concept by the charity’s primary sponsor, Betfair. The 2011 edition continues the red and yellow theme but with a number of improvements.

The charity also uses a custom web application called “Tracks” that I created for them last year, to allow them to manage sponsorships, fundraising, the training calendar, etc. I have also completely rebuilt that using the same design concept but with greatly increased functionality, using PHP, AJAX and MySQL.

While the Tracks system is a password-protected application, the main site is very much in the public domain, so please do take a look.
